Terms & Conditions
Please read our terms and conditions carefully before renting an eBike.
1. Delivery & Return
Rental Period
Pick-up time follows the initial delivery time (calculated on a 24-hour basis).
Late Returns
Delays of more than 3 hours from the agreed return time will incur an additional full day's rental fee.
Convenience
If unavailable during pick-up, you may leave the bike, keys, charger, and accessories at the hotel reception. Please inform the company once this is done.
2. Safety, Licensing & Liability
Classification
E-bikes are pedal-assisted (legally categorized as bicycles), no motorcycle license required.
Safety
Helmets must be worn at all times. Ride on the left side and follow local traffic regulations.
Renter's Liability
The rider is solely responsible for any accidents, injuries, or fines resulting from negligence or traffic violations.
Security
Do not leave chargers or extra batteries unattended in public areas. Lost Battery Key Fee: IDR 50,000.
Documentation
A photo of your ID (Passport/KTP/Driver's License) is required.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations
Free up to 6 hours before delivery. Cancellation fee applies if the driver is already en route.
Non-Refundable Policy
No refunds for early returns due to personal plans, weather, dissatisfaction, or any reason other than a verified technical failure of the unit.
4. Maintenance & Technical Guarantee
Priority Service
In case of a technical issue, priority is given to providing a replacement unit or battery swap.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only eligible if a technical fault is confirmed and no replacement unit is available.
Battery Performance
Range varies based on terrain, load, and riding style. A decrease in range is not considered a major failure if the bike is still operational.
