Please read our terms and conditions carefully before renting an eBike.

1. Delivery, Return & Relocation

Rental Period

Rental is calculated on a 24-hour basis. Pick-up time follows the initial delivery time.

Late Returns

Delays of more than 3 hours from the agreed return time will incur an additional full-day rental fee.

Relocation Fee

While we offer free delivery for rentals over 7 days, any request to move the unit to a different area (e.g., Ubud to Uluwatu) during the rental period will incur a Relocation Fee based on the distance.

Pick-up Convenience

If the renter is unavailable during pick-up, the bike and all accessories (keys, charger, etc.) must be left at the hotel reception. The renter must provide the contact number of the villa/hotel staff to the company.

2. Safety, Licensing & Insurance

Classification & Responsibility

Our units are pedal-assisted electric cycles. While they are often treated as bicycles in local practice, traffic regulations and licensing requirements may vary. It is the renter's sole responsibility to comply with Indonesian traffic laws and ensure they are comfortable with the unit's specifications before renting.

In-House Insurance

We provide in-house coverage for theft (up to USD 1,400 with a USD 300 deductible) and unit damage.

Medical Support (Cepat Sehat 24h)

We provide 24/7 medical assistance through our partner clinic, Cepat Sehat. In case of an accident, our medical team can provide official documentation to support the renter's primary travel insurance claim.

Personal Insurance

The company is not responsible for any rejection of claims by the renter's primary insurance provider. We strongly advise renters to verify if their policy covers electric vehicle operation.

Safety Gear

Helmets are provided and must be worn at all times.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Standard Cancellation

Free up to 6 hours before delivery. A fee applies if the driver is already en route.

Early Returns (Personal Reasons)

No refunds are provided for early returns due to personal plans, changes in travel itinerary, weather, dissatisfaction, or any reason other than a verified and irreparable technical failure of the unit.

Approved Refund & Rate Adjustment

In the event the company approves a partial refund for an early return as a gesture of goodwill, any initial long-term discount will be voided. The refund will be recalculated based on the Standard Daily Rate for the actual days used, minus a pick-up/administrative fee.

Technical Failure

Refunds are only eligible if a major technical fault is confirmed by our team and no replacement unit or battery swap is available.

4. Binding Agreement

Documentation

A photo of a valid ID (Passport/KTP) is mandatory for all rentals.

Final Authority

These Terms & Conditions are provided twice (via digital communication and upon signature). By proceeding with the rental, the renter agrees that these terms constitute the final binding agreement. In the event of any discrepancy between automated bot responses or staff messages and these terms, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
